
Thomas D. Weaver
Tom Weaver brings to his mediation practice three decades of settlement conference experience and service as a court-appointed arbitrator, in addition to his 35 years as a trial lawyer. Having reviewed thousands of cases, he is able to quickly grasp the key elements and subtleties of complex facts. His litigation experience is of substantial benefit in appreciating all of the factors that come into play when a case goes to trial. Additionally, his insight in understanding how both sides are viewing the case is of particular value in helping to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
